Authorized Returns
Feel free to return the item if it is not right for you. Returns for exchange or credit must be complete within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies whether you purchased the item for yourself or you received the item as a gift. Simply e-mail your request and we will send a return authorization email. Pleae keep your tracking number on your return item.



Postage for Returns or Exchanges Customer Responsibility
Sorry, we do not refund shipping fees.
Postage for all exchanged items or returned items for credit are the expense of our customers except in the case of defective merchandise.
We will charge the actual out of pocket postage for items.


Refunds
 All returns eligible for a refund to your credit card or PayPal must be in the original new condition with the tags attached.
 All returns must be returned with 10 days.
 Return the merchandise in the exact condition you received it, unworn, undamaged, without scratches or rips or damaged parts with the original price tag attached, unaltered.

Non-Returnable Items
 Clearance Sale items are not returnable.
 Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or has had the price tag removed is not returnable.
 No exceptions.

Refusals
A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied and charged to you for any shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable. Please make sure you enter your address correctly.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange merchandise provided the original items are returned in new condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the shipping charge to return the item and That Style Works will pay for the shipping back to the customer.

Product Photos and Descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph as accurately as possible. Nuances of color may occur. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a refund as outlined in our Return Policy.

Web Site Errors
It is our intention to be as accurate and error free with all the information on our web site. However, errors may occur and we apologize in advance if they cause a problem. We would appreciate it if you would call our attention to any error so we can make corrections immediately.

Everything on our site is copyrighted. You may not use anything on the site without written approval and permission. All photographs were taken by us and all text was written by us and not supplied by any vendor. Our site is provided to you “as is” without any warranty.

Sales Tax
We are located in the State of Wisconsin. Orders shipped into Wisconsin will be charged a 5.1% sales tax. Tax is applied to the total merchandise amount. No sales tax will be charged to any other state or international orders.

Military Addresses
Please include the APO in the “city box” and the APO/FPO in the “state” box. Include the correct zip code. We are not responsible for any duty, taxes, or other fees relating to international customs.

International Duty and Custom Fees
You may be subject to additional expenses such as duty, taxes, or other fees relating to international customs. These fees and expenses are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping – Need Something Quick
Please e-mail and make a note with your order so we can follow-up promptly with your request. We will respond with the upgraded shipping charge and wait for your approval to make sure the extra charges are OK with you.

Shipping – Black Out Dates
On occasion, you may see a posted notice on our site that informs you when we will not be able to ship. We are closed weekends and public holidays. In addition, we may be closed on other selected dates. If you have a question or want to be sure your package arrives in time, feel free to e-mail us.

Shipping – General
We know that once you make your purchase you are anxious to receive it. We will let you know via e-mail once your package has been shipped. However, once the package is in the hands of the shipper we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. If you receive damaged goods, please contact the shipper immediately for claim procedures.
